2. How to order in wholesale if you are our right customer?

(1) Visit our website and send us the style code (or the name), size and quantity of each style you want.

(2) We check the stock system and quote the best price for you for the stocking iterm.

(3) After confirming the order, we will email you with our bank information.

(4) After confirming payment, we will send order and provide tracking number after getting from the shipping forwarder.

3. What’s your MOQ?

(1) MOQ is 1 PC.

(2) You can mixed designs and size.

(3) If your order is a sizeable one, we could reconsider our price.

4. What’s your payment ways?

(1) Normally by T/T, West Union, Paypal etc. Bank charges will be taken by customer.

(2) The exchange rate is calculated by the day of the remittance.

(3) 30% or 50% of the total value should be paid before producing.

5. How is your packing of clothing?

1pcs/poly bag , 60pcs/carton , or as you required .

6. What’s your shipment ways?

Normally by express for small order, 5-8 working days. Mass order can delivery by sea or air as request.

Sample time :3-5 working days for processing ,3-7 days for delivery.

Production time :15-30 days after customized order PP sample approved.

OEM/ODM : The time of delievery is 15-45 days after received your payment.

7. Can I have sample order firstly and how long for the samples?

Yes. Sample order is accepted. Samples can be finished in 5-7 days after receiving the sample fee.

8. Can sample fee be refunded ?

Yes, sample fee will be refunded if after you order.

9. Do you have any stock that I can buy ? Or can I do with small order ?

Yes ,we have some stock and if we some design at at production line we can accept small order !

10. What's the lead time/production time?

Usually 10-20 days for 200pcs-2000pcs.

11. Can you make our own design, label and hand tag?

Yes, we provide OEM service, custom designs, cutting, sewing, fabric, measurements, logo, label, tag are all accepted.

12. What should I do if I haven't received my dress

If you haven't received your dress, kindly be patient. Your dress may reach your hand in the next few days. You may contact the shipping company by your side or contact us for help, we will try our best to help you.

13.Your After sales service?

If there is some problem of quality and quantity, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt and we will try our best to solve your problems.
